This document sets out all the rules, rights, and responsibilities that apply to your use of the tk0k platform — please read carefully before using the service.
Introduction & Acceptance
tk0k is an online gaming platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slot games, and various entertainment gaming services to users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services, features, and content on the tk0k platform ("Platform").
By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the platform, you acknowledge that you are entering into a binding agreement under these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

User Eligibility

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. tk0k may request official documents for age verification at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.
2.2 One Account Policy
Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts are detected for the same person, all accounts will be closed immediately and funds on deposit may be forfeited.
2.3 Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. tk0k reserves the right to close accounts and forfeit funds if false or misleading information is provided.
2.4 Prohibited Persons
- Employees, directors, or immediate family members of tk0k.
- Persons who have previously been permanently banned from tk0k.
- Persons registered under a self-exclusion program.
Account Security and Responsibility
You are fully responsible for ensuring the security of your tk0k account. Please follow the guidelines below:
3.1 Password Protection
Keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and never share them with any third party. Use a strong password and change it regularly. You are fully responsible for any transaction or activity carried out using your account.
3.2 Unauthorized Access
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately. tk0k will take the necessary steps promptly; however, we will not be liable for losses caused by third-party access.
3.3 Account Verification
tk0k reserves the right to verify your identity as needed. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Withdrawal facilities may be limited until verification is complete.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy
4.1 Deposit Methods
The following payment methods are currently accepted on the tk0k platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other listed banks).
4.2 Minimum Transaction Limits
- Minimum deposit per method: ৳300
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
- Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours
4.3 Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests can only be made using the same method used for the deposit. tk0k reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests if verification requirements are not met. All withdrawals undergo a security check before processing.
4.4 Failed Transactions
If a transaction fails due to a technical error or an issue with a third-party payment provider, the deposit will be returned to the appropriate source. tk0k is not liable for errors caused by third-party payment providers.
4.5 Currency
All transactions on the tk0k platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
tk0k offers new users a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
- Example 1: ৳1,000 deposit → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Example 2: ৳12,000 deposit → ৳8,000 bonus (maximum cap) → total balance ৳20,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement must be met before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined amount of deposit and bonus.
- Wagering requirement: 20x (on the bonus amount)
- Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may be claimed once only.
- The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings after the wagering requirement is met are withdrawable.
- tk0k reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be temporarily suspended until an investigation is complete.
Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities
6.1 Fair Play
tk0k believes in fair play. The outcome of every game is unbiased and random. No game outcome is predetermined, and no one can artificially influence it.
6.2 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Any form of fraud, hacking, or software exploitation.
- Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
- Using bots or automated software.
- Match-fixing or placing manipulated bets.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Accessing or attempting to access another user's account.
6.3 Technical Errors
tk0k reserves the right to void any erroneous payment or incorrect credit caused by a technical error. In such cases, the faulty transaction will be considered null and void.
Dispute Resolution
7.1 How to Submit a Complaint
For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team first. Our support team is available seven days a week, 24 hours a day via live chat and email ([email protected]). All complaints may be submitted in Bengali or English.
7.2 Investigation Process
Upon receiving a complaint, tk0k will conduct a proper investigation. The relevant account or transaction may be temporarily suspended during the investigation. The outcome of the investigation will be communicated to the user concerned.
7.3 Finality of tk0k's Decisions
In gaming-related disputes, tk0k's decision will be considered final. However, for payment-related disputes, the user will have the opportunity for further discussion.

10.3 Internet Connection

Account Closure & Termination
11.1 At the User's Request
You can close your account at any time by informing our support team. It is your responsibility to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed.
11.2 Closure by tk0k
tk0k reserves the right to immediately close any account in the following circumstances:
- Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
- Evidence of fraud or deception.
- Abuse of the bonus system.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- As required to comply with legal orders or regulatory directives.
11.3 Funds After Closure
In normal circumstances, any valid balance will be returned after account closure. However, if the account is closed due to a rule violation, bonus-related funds may be forfeited.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
12.1 Updates to Terms and Conditions
tk0k reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification may be sent to the registered email address. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
12.2 Severability of Terms
If any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective.
12.3 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy together form the entire agreement between tk0k and the user, and supersede all previous oral or written understandings.
